Julia is a dedicated physiotherapist with a deep passion for pelvic health and paediatrics. She takes a compassionate, patient-centred approach, guiding her clients through every stage of care with empathy and expertise.

After graduating in 2013, Julia focused on paediatrics, treating children with respiratory conditions, developmental delays, neurological impairments, and congenital disorders. Her early experiences working in orphanages across Cambodia and Thailand shaped her belief in the power of early intervention and the impact it can have on a child’s lifelong development.

In addition to her work in paediatrics, Julia has expanded her expertise to include maternal health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Becoming a mother in 2016 gave her personal insight into the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. She is passionate about helping women through these transitions, ensuring they receive the support and care they need to regain strength, function, and confidence.

As a Breastfeeding & Lactation Practitioner, Julia provides expert guidance to mothers experiencing challenges such as mastitis, latching difficulties, engorgement, low milk supply, and blocked ducts. She takes a holistic approach, combining hands-on physiotherapy techniques with tailored advice to optimise breastfeeding, reduce discomfort, and support both mother and baby through this critical stage.

With expertise spanning paediatrics, pelvic health, and lactation support, Julia offers comprehensive care that empowers women and children to thrive. She believes in early intervention, informed choices, and ongoing support to help families navigate each stage of development with confidence.
