Jeremy brings a results-driven yet empathetic approach to physiotherapy, combining extensive private practice experience with a deep understanding of workplace and sports-related injuries. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he connects easily with clients from all walks of life and tailors his care to meet their individual goals.

With a special interest in neck pain, headaches, migraines, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, Jeremy is skilled at identifying the postural and stress-related factors that contribute to these conditions. His evidence-based approach blends precise hands-on therapy with targeted exercise programmes to relieve pain, restore balance, and build long-term resilience.

Jeremy’s experience extends beyond the clinic to the world of performance and elite sport. He has supported athletes from Netball Hong Kong China and the Hong Kong Ballet, and served as Consultant Physiotherapist for the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, where he provided specialised rehabilitation for musicians. These experiences have sharpened his ability to understand the physical demands of high-performing individuals — from stage to office — and to design treatment plans that keep them moving at their best.

He holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, where his research focused on assessment tools for chronic musculoskeletal pain. As a former Teaching Fellow at the University of Birmingham, Jeremy has trained and mentored physiotherapists, a background that enhances his ability to educate clients with clarity and confidence throughout their recovery.

Jeremy believes that movement is both a science and an art — a philosophy that drives his commitment to helping every client move better, feel stronger, and live without limitation.
