Vicky is a physiotherapist with a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions and women’s health. She is passionate about helping people move better, recover from pain, and build resilience through movement and hands-on treatment. Having experienced the demands of a corporate career and the challenges of balancing dual roles as a working mother, she is particularly focused on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the transition back to work.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, Vicky spent over a decade in the banking industry, where she experienced firsthand the toll of long hours, high stress, and prolonged sitting. This inspired her to pursue physiotherapy, with a strong focus on helping people alleviate neck, shoulder, and back pain caused by the fast- paced work and lifestyle demands of Hong Kong. She has worked in private clinics, gaining experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions through a combination of manual therapy, movement analysis, and tailored exercise programs.
As a mother of two, Vicky understands the physical and mental challenges of balancing dual roles at work and at home. She knows the strain that pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and returning to work can place on the body—especially while managing the demands of both career and family life. She is passionate about helping working mothers rebuild strength, manage postnatal discomfort, and regain confidence as they return to a busy work environment.
