Cheryl has integrated the worlds of high-performance sport, corporate life, and physiotherapy to bring a unique perspective to movement and recovery. A decade as a competitive pole dancer and instructor gives her specialised insight into pole dance injuries, acrobatics, and gym-based conditioning, helping athletes, performers, and fitness enthusiasts recover from injury, enhance performance, and prevent setbacks.

Cheryl is a UK-trained physiotherapist who completed her MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham and trained as a Clinical Pilates Instructor. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She has experience in both private practice and the NHS in the UK, supporting clients with various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Cheryl adopts an evidence-based, personalised approach, combining active rehabilitation with manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, and dry needling. Her focus is on restoring movement, building resilience, and giving clients the confidence to return to the activities they love. Her expertise in physiotherapy for gym fitness and acrobatic training informs her approach to rehabilitation and performance enhancement.

Her corporate and marketing experience gives her a unique edge as a physiotherapist. She understands how to communicate effectively, educate communities, and empower people beyond the clinic, skills that complement her clinical expertise and enable her to help clients take charge of their own recovery.

Outside the clinic, Cheryl channels her curiosity and energy into exploring new movement techniques, acrobatic challenges, and creative training methods. She brings the same passion and inquisitiveness to her physiotherapy practice, constantly finding new ways to help clients move better and recover stronger. Her work with pole dancing, acrobatics, and gym-based fitness allows her to support a wide range of active individuals.
