Candice is a Canadian-Trained physiotherapist who was born and raised in Toronto. She has worked across various clinical settings including spinal cord injury rehab, and physio-pilates studios where she further honed her skills in clinical pilates.

She found her true calling when she became a mother and endured her own postpartum challenges after a difficult birth. This led her to focus on Women’s Health Physiotherapy, a specialized area that is of growing focus. Candice is passionate about supporting women and people of all life stages including men and children pelvic health clients. Candice continues to stay up-to-date with the ever-evolving evidence related to the assessment and treatment of pelvic health conditions. Depending on the needs of the individual, she can offer more comprehensive consultations that include internal pelvic examinations and real-time ultrasound assessments (Transabdominal and Transperineal).

Candice believes in a holistic approach to healthcare. As a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, her treatment focuses on movement-based rehabilitation. She works closely with clients to identify their personal goals and strives to provide a well-rounded treatment plan to relieve symptoms and recondition the mind and body. She merges the knowledge of evidence-based practice with her patient’s values and preferences. Candice also brings forth her own experiences as a mom of two and can relate to the physical and mental demands of being a parent!

She is fluent in English with basic conversational skills in Cantonese and Mandarin.
