At the Pilates Practice we focus on the exercise side of your journey to recovery.
The Pilates Practice is the second of our three clinics in the PhysioCentral group. We have a private treatment room for individual assessment of our clients, as well as three reformers, two core aligns, trapeze table, power plate, strength training area and much more Pilates and cardio equipment. There are also changing rooms, showers with amenities and towels available. All this in a bright and light open-plan space in the heart of SoHo right next to the Mid-Levels escalator.
Here we offer a variety of services from physiotherapy to clinical Pilates and Pilates classes, massage and strength training. We have an extremely diverse group of therapists and teachers with a wide variety of specialties and experiences, due to their backgrounds and sporting careers.
We are ready to offer personalised help and guidance to better position you on your road to recovery. Everyone we see is different and that’s why all of our programs are tailored to each individual. Let us help you to get back to whatever it is you’re missing whether that be sitting without pain, going for your daily walk or running a marathon.
