MPhysio. (Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HK)
BBiomed. Sc. (Hon) (University of Queensland, AUS)
MSc. Public Health (University of London, UK)

Willy completed his physiotherapy degree at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of London in the UK. He is registered as a physiotherapist in both Hong Kong and Australia, and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Willy’s focus is on empowering his clients by educating them on proper movement patterns and helping them maintain strength through exercise. He believes that our movement capabilities change over time and are influenced by various factors such as injuries, behaviours, and our environment. With this in mind, Willy aims to correct movement patterns (motor control re-programming) and ensure that his clients’ bodies can adapt to any situation.

His treatment approach encompasses clinical Pilates, exercise rehabilitation, corrective movement using neurokinetic therapy, and manual techniques like soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and acupuncture.

Willy has extensive experience working with clients from different backgrounds, particularly the elderly population. He has worked with individuals who have undergone joint replacements, have Parkinson’s disease, or are dealing with general physical deconditioning, among other conditions. He has worked in non-government organizations such as Po Leung Kuk and Methodist Church.

Understanding that each person’s body is unique, Willy emphasizes the importance of individualised assessments and programs for his clients. He constantly reassesses their progress to ensure that the treatments provided are suitable for each stage of their rehabilitation.
