Born in Brazil, Alexia was influenced by the upbeat Latin culture and always had a passion for sports, body conditioning and wellness. Having done yoga and ballet for many years, she wanted to delve deeper into the mechanics of the body. In 2018, she was immersed in a Comprehensive Pilates Certification by Polestar Pilates which covers an array of Pilates equipment including trapeze table, chair, and reformer. Alexia has been teaching private clients including pre- and post-natal as well as reformer and mat group classes.
