Everyone has different needs and you need someone who knows when to work your body deeply and where specifically your body needs treatment. Sometimes your body may not need a deep treatment but rather a general flushing out of your muscles to aid recovery. It could even be an invigorating style of massage that allows you to focus on the task ahead, prior to competition. We often overwork certain muscles groups and push our bodies to the limit and only consider treatment when pain becomes a problem. However, we really need to treat our body like a machine that has to be maintained and serviced on a regular basis in order to function and operate as it should.
