Originally from Australia, Nathan relocated to Hong Kong in 2008 to coordinate and manage the strength and conditioning department of the Hong Kong Rugby Union of professional rugby players, a position he held for nine years.

With more than 25 years of exercise and rehabilitation experience, working with athletes from numerous sports, including professional Australian rules football, netball and rugby, Nathan is able to provide training programs that specifically cater to an individual’s needs and goals.

As a father to a very active and sports-mad 9-year-old girl, Nathan is well aware of the natural decline in levels of strength, mobility, balance and coordination associated with aging. For this reason, he has now turned his attention to assist people to stay physically active for longer.

Whether you want to keep playing your favourite sport, keep running around in the park with your children or grandchildren, or simply undertake general activities of daily living with more ease, Nathan believes a program based on evidence-based training principles will make all the difference.
